Meet the Vision Team

Ron Johnson
Ron Johnson graduated from Teaneck High School (1972) and the “hard knock street” of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He served in the armed forces of the U.S. Navy for three years as Naval Police. He has been married for 26 years and has seven daughters and one son, as well as 17 grandchildren. Ron is a member and Associate Pastor at Diamond Street Christian Church in Williamsport. He has worked as a Mentor (house parent) at the Lycoming County Children’s and Youth Shelter and Bethesda Juvenile Day Treatment Center in Williamsport for 2 years. Ron has also been a foster parent for 17 years with Family United Network. He has overseen an after-school program for two years under the Newberry Housing Development and Kingdom Youth Ministry at the Diamond Street Christian Church.

Executive Director
Dale Rintelman
Dale Rintelman has been a pastor in Williamsport since 2008. He has had a passion for mentoring youth since his teen years as a youth leader in Chicago. His business experience as Vice-President of Operations at Cogmatic Machines and plant manager of a steel fabrication company make him a unique resource for training and mentoring. His vision is to mentor, train, and equip our youth to live into their God-given gifts and talents.

Voncier Gammage
Voncier Chev’one DeVore-Gammage is an educator, a minister and a mother. She was born in the largest and toughest city in New Jersey while being raised single-handily by her amazing paternal grandmother. Her journey to become an educator was unique and unusual. Through hard work, discipline, and accepting the challenges of her life, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education from Bucknell University, and while working in one the most diverse school districts in New Jersey, she received her Master’s Degree in Education with a Principal Certification from Cabrini University. In 2021, she campaigned for School Director of her local school district.
At the age of 16, she accepted Christ into her life and became an ordained and licensed minister of the gospel in 2015. She is the visionary and leader of A Safe Place Ministry, which is a women’s deliverance and healing ministry as well as Lord of the Sabbath Church Online. She resides in Pennsylvania.

Paul Leichty
Paul Leichty is an Elder at Agape Fellowship in Williamsport. He formerly served as a pastor in urban congregations in Pennsylvania and Indiana and then led several faith-based non-profits. He has had a keen interest in community development non-profits since 1980. Paul is the father of two adult children, including one with intellectual and developmental disabilities. He currently lives in Loyalsock Township with his wife, Twila.
